Kingsley Kobayashi is a Japanese Nigerian serial Entrepreneur. He was born in Benin City, Nigeria and relocated to Japan in 1993. He is the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Kobayashi Group, Harry Kings International Japan, FBC Japan, HBK Naturalist Ltd and many other companies.

He founded Harry Kings International (HKI) in 1991 in Lagos, Nigeria and later moved its headquarters to Tokyo, Japan, where the company is based till now. HKI is an international trading and investment company. It is part of Kobayashi Group, an umbrella company that connects all businesses worldwide that was established by Kingsley Kobayashi’s family. Kobayashi Group provides services in Hospitality, Fashion, Tourism, Finance, Advisory, Investment, Oil & Gas Trading, Clean Energy, Natural Medicine, and Food & Beverage.

FBC Japan is one of the world’s leading Fintech consulting firms, specializing in Fintech and Blockchain projects, investments, and consulting in the industry. It directs its clients through every step of their fintech journey through their expertise in cryptocurrency investment, funding assistance, marketing and compliance, mining opportunities, and ICO/IEO/STO launches.

In his homeland, Nigeria, he founded HBK Naturalist Ltd, together with his wife and business partner. HBK Naturalists develop natural medicine that helps people to live healthier lives, using the natural ingredients of our land. One of the key products, Kobayashi Bitters, has been on the market for 2 years and is doing very well. Kingsley has over 30 years of experience in building and managing businesses around the world, with more than 250 million dollars in turnover. He has delved deep and engaged in a vast array of fields, ranging from finance to real estate to energy to hospitality.

Kingsley holds the belief that the measure of a person’s life is the effect they have on others. As such, Kingsley dedicated much of his life to giving back and helping various international charity organizations across Japan, Africa, and America. But most importantly, Kingsley is a family man, husband, and father, with a deep connection to his homeland, Nigeria. He believes in traditions and the importance of family in one’s life. He believes in empowering people around him and giving back to society.
