Oluwakolapo Tobi Smith, is the Founder of AllIDoIsCook LLC and an avid home cook with a love for food and fusion cuisine. He runs AllIDoIsCook, a unique Food and Beverage startup that delivers authentic Nigerian food to doorsteps all over the USA.
Tobi works full time as the founder of All I Do Is Cook and co-founder of TwoThirtyFour Kitchen, a contemporary dining experience that gives diners unique tailored dining experiences. Also, he is a Hospitality Consultant working with restaurateurs and hoteliers to start up concepts, engineer menus and train staff.
Tobi holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Babcock University and a Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of North Texas where he authored and co authored multiple research papers on consumer behavior, sustainable tourism, in the Hospitality Industry. His interest areas are the “New Nigerian Kitchen”, recreating classic popular dishes using Nigerian and African ingredients and food research.
